New Computer Still Slow

i did all ur steps and i deleted 30 GB and my computer is still slow

my computer is brand new and i dont know wats wrong since im not a copmuter geek

PS i cant play ANY games without makin it low quality!

David, I think the steps were those mentioned in the pinned BC topic "slow computer checklist."

LaChica, could you tell us the brand and model of the computer, how much RAM came with it, and the size of the hard drive (I can assume it is not filled up if the computer is new), all of which specs should be in your user's manual.

Minimum Requirement: 64 MB
