I am using Windows Vista Home Premium and Firefox 16.0.2. I only have this problem on Facebook. All other web sites automatically fill in my user name when I type the first few letters. On Facebook I have to type in my whole user name, it also has 6 dots in the password box every time I go to the sign in page. This is a new problem, it always worked before. If I try other browsers, IE, or Chrome, the 6 dots are not there in the password box but I am not sure if the autofill works because I dont usually use those browsers. I use AT&T Uverse with their McAfee security. I do have the box checked to remember the search and form history. I havent been able to find any fixes for this online so any help would be great.
Thanks, Kurt

Try to delete Facebook username and password from Firefox.
Tools>Options>Security tab>Saved passwords button

Clear Firefox cache (Tools>Clear recent history>Details button

Restart Firefox, go to Facebook, enter your username and password manually and see if it'll remember it next time around.
