I am needing to get a jpeg file converted to either a .cdr or .ai for some graphic work I need done, but do not have Corel or Illustrator. Any help or suggestions without spending a arm and a leg? Thanks! :)

I don't think there is a free, legal method. You will have to find someone with CorelDraw or Illustrator. You can go in the other direction for free online (to jpeg).

Bit of a late reply, but possibly downloading a trial version of the program will do the trick you need...?
