Move a pst file

Can some one please tell me the steps to move from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010 ?
The Outlook 2007 is on an XP machine and I have to move it to Outlook 2010 on an Windows 7 64 bit machine.

Hello,

Please take a look here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287070 it will show you how to backup the pst file so you can move it and import it into outlook 2010. If you need any help post back here. :)
