Hi all,

I'm new here & very pleased to have found this discussion forum.
I reside in hot & humid Florida. I have two external monitors whose life I'd like to extend as long as possible. Do I need to be concerned about climatic effects on them? Ambient temperature can reach 90F with high humidity during the summer months.

Hello,

:welcome: To BleepingComputer!

Honestly I wouldn't worry to much about it, as long as you keep any vents clear and clean then you are doing as much as you really can. In the months where it's really hot and humid, if you are looking to keep them cool then I would place a fan near the back of them just to keep air moving. But that's just my opinion on it. :)
