I am in need of assistance with this one. I'm working on a Toshiba Satellite L455-S5009 laptop and immediately after boot up, right before the spalsh screen I get this error message

"ERROR : F3-F100-0010, PRESS OK to turn of Computer" I tried to boot in safe mode, same error came up.

I was able to back up all the documents, pictures,data, etc and leaning towards a format and reinstall of the OS. But I want to see if there something else can be done.

All these are recent posts from Toshiba Support ...............

Re: ERROR F3-F100-00?10. I believe that's usually an error relating to the hard drive. You may want to contact customer support at (800) 457-7777.
