Hello, I have recently done a lot of computer performance tweaking and I have removed most or all of the problem I think, I was wondering if you guys would take a look at it for me. Thank you. It might be fairly large and I don't understand some things like as to why there has to be 3 iexplore running..etc. If I had to rate myself as a computer user, on beginner intermediate pro and expert I would be around intermediate-pro so I pretty well got the computer back a normal state. Thank you very much for your help. I will be very grateful if someone replied with detail unto me on how my computer is doing, if there is too many programs starting up - etc. Again, thank you very much for your help and consideration.
Edit:I actually disabled the attachment, and included it in the document- Hopefully in such a way that it is obviously separated from this paragraph, also in this I have included my system specifications.

Hello Zodiac Control :)

We do not typically deal with HiJackThis logs as the program itself has not been updated in years. We prefer users run a tool called DDS (Doesn't Do Squat).

However, if you only want me to review your HJT log.. then here is my diagnosis.

1) FixCleaner, is this a program you installed? It's not a program I would recommend.
2) This service is not recommended

O23 - Service: Soluto PCGenome Core Service (SolutoService) - Soluto - C:\Program Files\Soluto\SolutoService.exe

In fact, I do not recommend Soluto programs.

3) Possible AV conflicts

Are Avira and Panda Cloud antivirus installed? Having only one antivirus is recommended
HiJackThis log:

O23 - Service: Avira Scheduler (AntiVirSchedulerService) - Avira Operations GmbH & Co. KG - C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\AntiVir Desktop\sched.exe
O23 - Service: Avira Realtime Protection (AntiVirService) - Avira Operations GmbH & Co. KG - C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\AntiVir Desktop\avguard.exe

Detail you provided:

Anti-Virus=Panda Cloud Antivirus

4) These could be removed using HJT:

That's about it. Let me know if you require additional assistance or not.

I will be very grateful if someone replied with detail unto me on how my computer is doing, if there is too many programs starting up - etc

There are too many security applications and "tweaking" programs, in my opinion.

Keep Avira Antivirus and uninstall these:

  • 360Amigo System Speedup Free
  • Advanced SystemCare 6
  • Advanced WindowsCare Personal
  • CleanUp!
  • Driver Fusion
  • EnhanceMySe7en
  • Game Booster
  • IObit Malware Fighter
  • iolo technologies' System Mechanic
  • Java™ 6 Update 24 (64-bit) (outdated)
  • Java™ SE Development Kit 6 Update 24 (64-bit) (outdated)
  • JetClean
  • Panda Cloud Antivirus
  • SlimDrivers
  • Smart Defrag 2
  • Soluto
  • Spybot - Search & Destroy
  • Tweaking.com - Advanced System Tweaker
  • Tweaking.com - Simple System Tweaker
  • Trend Micro RUBotted 2.0 Beta
  • uTorrentBar Toolbar
  • WinPcap 4.1.2
  • ZoneAlarm Antivirus
  • ZoneAlarm Backup Powered by IDrive version 1.0.5 March 01, 2011
  • ZoneAlarm Firewall
  • ZoneAlarm Free Firewall
  • ZoneAlarm LTD Toolbar
  • ZoneAlarm Security

__

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Delete.
  • Confirm each time with Ok.
  • You will be prompted to restart your computer. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the contents of that logfile with your next reply.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

  • Please download and install CCleaner Slim
  • Open CCleaner and click the Options button
  • Now choose Advanced
  • Uncheck everything here except for Skip User Account Control warning
  • Now click the Cleaner button and press the Run Cleaner button at the bottom right of the program.
  • If this is your first time running this program, a prompt may appear asking for confirmation to delete temporary files. Go ahead and proceed.

Posted Image Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.
  • Important!! When you save the mbam-setup file, rename it to something random (such as 123abc.exe) before beginning the download.
Malwarebytes may "make changes to your registry" as part of its disinfection routine. If using other security programs that detect registry changes (ie Spybot's Teatimer), they may interfere or alert you. Temporarily disable such programs or permit them to allow the changes.

  • Make sure you are connected to the Internet and double-click on the renamed file to install the application.
  • When the installation begins, follow the prompts and do not make any changes to default settings.
  • Malwarebytes will automatically start and you will be asked to update the program before performing a scan.
  • If an update is found, the program will automatically update itself. Press the OK button and continue.
  • If you cannot update Malwarebytes or use the Internet to download any files to the infected computer, manually update the database by following the instructions in FAQ Section A: 4. Issues.
  • Under the Scanner tab, make sure the "Perform Quick Scan" option is selected.
  • Click on the Scan button.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then click the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found.
  • Make sure that everything is checked and then click Remove Selected.
  • When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad.
  • The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab.
  • Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows the database version and your operating system.
  • Exit Malwarebytes when done.
Note: If Malwarebytes encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be asked to reboot your computer so it can proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot normally will prevent Malwarebytes from removing all the malware.

-- Some types of malware will target Malwarebytes and other security tools to keep them from running properly. If that's the case, use Malwarebytes Chameleon and follow the onscreen instructions. The Chameleon folder can be accessed by opening the program folder for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (normally C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware or C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware).
