saw your forum listed on Mozilla Firefox which is where I'm having a problem. Not sure if I qualify to post to this forum as I'm not a techie in any sense - just a user who gets frustrated often when I know a simple fix is all I need but can't figure out how to do it. I'm just a user, not a computer technician - am I in the right place? Not savvy w/computer lingo/jargon/tech stuff. Just asking for help. Did I come to the right place? If yes, I'll go to a forum to help w/my problem, if no, I'll bow out before I make myself nuts trying to figure out tech talk.

One of the goals from the first week of BC was to provide computer help in terms that the average user could understand and find useful. Sometimes, because of the nature of the beast, some technical words cannot be avoided. I think you will find that our Members are extremely patient, and will explain anything that you don't understand. Bottom line: please don't hesitate to post about your problem or to ask a question.
