Iexplore.exe Process Does Not End

Every occurance of IE that I open, even after I close the window, the process is still alive.
This is my HJT log... even tho I really don't think it's an infection-caused problem :thumbsup:
VNC I installed, and the remote packet capture is required for some other (legitimate) software I use.

If you every have doubts about a file, enter the pathway here: http://virusscan.jotti.org/ That will give you the information you need to discern what you are dealing with.
