Hi everyone,
I have a really weird problem. I have a game on my iPhone (Simpsons Tapped Out, if you wanted to know) and I keep getting the message saying that it can't connect to the servers despite my phone being connected over wifi. The game is installed on my 3GS and my iPad (third generation) and here's where it gets weird. The game will connect when wifi is disabled, the game will also connect when I am on other people's wifi such as at a restaurant or at a friend's house. I have no issue using the App Store, Safari, Gmail or any other app, just this one.

So my question is this, is there a setting on the device itself or is it something through my router? I would have to think router because I can't imagine what setting on the devices would need to be changed.

Anyway, if someone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks a lot!

First of all, you iPod touch is not jailbreaked right. If not, then close the app and follow these steps

1. Hold power and home button for 10 seconds.
2. The screen should go all black, if so, then GREAT!
3.then let it turn on by itself
4. Should be working, if not contact me again

P.S.: if it does not start by itself, start it after 1 minute

Check this out-

It looks like it's the game itself, not you or the device. Just gonna have to wait for an update :/
