Need help ASAP, 2nd BSOD....kernal & system file related!

I posted a post here yesterday nobody answered, then I found out I BSOD'd when I was sleeping........one is kernal file related, the other system file related. This is the reports from BlueScreenView:

Please download MiniToolBox , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
