Hi,

I performed a system recovery and now when windows starts up the mouse works for a few seconds and then freezes. Can't do anything but force shut down. Mouse works fine in safe mode.

A driver issue most likely.

Are there any yellow marks in Device Manager next to Mice and other pointing devices?

Please uninstall it,then reinstall.

Updating the driver software may also help.

1) Please define "system recovery"

2) Why did you need to perform this action?
