Hello all. New here but will be a avid user now that i'm aware of this site. So i'm having an issue with my 3rd computer. Got that FILE RECOVERY virus, followed the instructions and downloaded RKILL and all the variants of the install file for it, ran them all, then when i go to install MALEWAREBYTES I get through the install process then when it gets to the REGISTERING FILES part of the install I get a error message saying SETUP...ACCESS IS DENIED. Then it reverts the install and quits. I'm in safe mode with networking, and in admin mode. So i'm stumped.

Launch it.Click on change parameters-Select TDLFS file system

Click on "Scan".Please post the LOG report(log file should be in your C drive)

Do not change the default options on scan results

Launch it, allow it to download latest Avast! virus definitions
Click the "Scan" button to start scan. After scan finishes, click on Save log

Post the log results here.If you get crashes in normal mode, run it in safemode with networking

ESET online scanner

Install it

Click on START,it should download the virus definitions
When scan gets completed, click on LIST of found threats

Export the list to desktop, copy the contents of the text file in your reply
