Error-Resource Conflict-PCI in slot 03

before windows loads, i have to load it manually by selecting
F1 to set up or F2 to resume, since i dont know what needs setting up i just select F2.

this started this week, im thinking its because my drive is getting a bit full at the moment.



this is displayed before that

Resource Conflict - PCI in slot 03
Bus 00, Device 0F (O or 0 has a . in the middle), Function 00

then at the bottom of all other pc info is

F1 to setup or F2 to resume


this is the whole screen that comes up
