Sorry if I structure this posting wrong or post it in the wrong forum, this is my the first post I've made here on Bleepingcomputer, go easy on me ;)
For around 6 months to a year now I haven't been able to use my Dell V310-V510 series printer, because the driver refuses to finish downloading onto my PC. It downloads the software, but Windows tend to block or error it while it finishes. I couldn't find Point & Print settings ( I read a posting saying this may be the cause, but I wasn't sure as I am Admin and I've never touched the option), nor can I add a new printer to my Devices. Is there any remedy for this problem, or is my software rejecting this simply because it is bugged or corrupted? Thank you for reading, and if any of you need more details, I'll be more than happy to oblige.
