Do you think this ram would work with either mobo? It doesn’t really say and i don't wanna buy the wrong thing?

That RAM should be fine with that motherboard.

With modules like those I hope you know that you will need a 64-bit operating system in order to utilize it.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
