netgear wg111v3 problem

ive been using a netgear wireless adapter at work for an older computer. and its been working fine. today we bought a new router and now it says i have good service but "limited or no connectivity" ive been searching online all afternoon for an easy fix and nothing seems to be working. any help would be great. its being used on in windows xp
