i got xp pro sp3. i restored my computer recently. before i did, i was able to connect my Samsung phone to it via USB. but after i restored my computer, i now get an error 31:

"a device attached to the system is not functioning windows driver foundation - user-mode driver framework."

the problem is that Microsoft User-Mode Driver Framework. gives me this error when i try to start the service. and i dont see this driver listed in Device Manager. how do i get the service, Microsoft User-Mode Driver Framework, to start?
