Thanks to everyone involved in this forum. I am hoping to find a resolution to my issues.
New HP Pagillon g7 with win7 purchased new 4 months ago. installed windows 7 professional shortly after. Trial security software on the laptop was about to run out so Kapersky was downloaded as a new security software. After 3 months we decided to remove Kapersky and go with microsoft essentials. MSE is identifying the following 3 severe threats:
The 1st 2 have the same name but mse does identify it as 2 seperate threats. I did read a thread on here that covered this but it appears some things need to be looked at so I don't create a bigger threat. Can someone help me work through this issue? I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Launch it.Click on change parameters-Select TDLFS file system

Click on "Scan".Please post the LOG report(log file should be in your C drive)

Do not change the default options on scan results



Launch it, allow it to download latest Avast! virus definitions
Click the "Scan" button to start scan.After scan finishes,click on Save log

Post the log results here.If you get crashes in normal mode,run it in safemode with networking


ESET online scanner

Install it

Click on START,it should download the virus definitions
When scan gets completed,click on LIST of found threats

Export the list to desktop,copy the contents of the text file in your reply
