Hi, I hope I am adding this post to the correct forum.

My problems are as the following.
I had gotten the SMART HDD virus, I install Malwarebytes & Unhide and I succeeded to remove the virus. I could not use the system restore at all, I had to use the emergency back up option. Which sucked because I lost all my photos & files!! It then gave me the "Babylon" re-direct, I succeeded as well to remove this too.

1.) I have noticed that I have a blue & yellow "shield" on most of my program shortcuts. It will not go away using the "Run as Administrator" option, I have no idea what to do about this.

2.) Even though I am on my administrator log in account things will tell me that I do not have permissions to do this or that.

3.) Since all these issues my Microsoft Word will not run properly, it tells me something about licensing and would close by itself. I downloaded (from Microsoft) a 60 day trial and now when I click the shortcut it tells me "Click-to-run configuration failure". I REALLY need Word to work as I work at home and use this program greatly and also my son is in college and depends on this program as well!

I don't know what to do from here, I need help! Please assist me and direct me to what I need to do to fix the above issues. I have a great computer and I don't like it "sick". I believe I've given you all the issues at hand, I may have forgotten some though.

Thank you in advance,

Mariposa728

Oh-This may just be a Chrome issue, but when I try to download Google Calendar it tells me I have insufficient permissions. I'm trying to get a large desktop calendar that will be there all the time.
