Windows 7 64 bit

Whenever trying to install or uninstall any program I am greeted with a msi.dll problem.
Whenever my computer is started or randomly when running the Windows Aero theme is dropped and classic is used.
Constant explorer.exe freezes and timeouts.
Unable to open uninstall programs tab.

I attempted to use Ccleaner to run a registry fix this didn't help the problem, I attempted to uninstall what I thought was the network problem culprit (sendori)
Revouninstaller can't even open because the msi.dll error.

Any logs needed to help speed this process? Thanks guys.
