Do tasks listed as manual (under start up) on the Services page of the Microsoft Management Console need to be listed as started under status. Also I have many programs listed as “stopped” in both processes and services tabs in my Windows Task Manager and also Microsoft Management Console can those be deleted. If so how do I do it?
Thanks for your help
