I have a Dell laptop running Windows XP SP3. It is a co-workers and was brought to me to see what I could do. It will not open any Microsoft applications including IE. I have installed and run Malwarebytes and Spybot and found they found problems such as: PUP.Bundleoffers.IIQ, W3i.IQ5.fraud,Freecause.ShoppingBHO, JackpotRewards.ShopToWin.

I tried loading Kaspersky scanner and could not load it off of Flashdrive.
I ran TDSSkiller and found nothing.

I need professional help on this issue.

tks,
