Problem with video/bootup

having problem with bootup, as soon as it get passed the windows xp loading screen it just goes black but you can still see the mouse icon,and the same with booting in safemode... Hi awt12052, and welcome to bleepingcomputer.

It looks like it is booting into the Advanced Boot Options, have you tried using the Last Known Good configuration in there?

It would help to know the make and model of this computer. If it is a custom build, please post the make and model of the motherboard.

Do you have a installation CD for the operating system for this computer?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
