Hi all,
I downloaded a mp4 file from a shop's web-site onto my desktop. After watching the video I am now unable to delete it ... I get "You need to confirm this operation" then "You need permission to perform this operation" ... and it remains on the desktop.
Any suggestions please?

Try deleting it in safemode and or rename the file, otherwise see this forum thread for more suggestions.

5. click continue
6. type in witth out quotes "net user administrator /active:yes
7. enter
8. restart computer

... but then what do I do?
