Hello,

I have recently upgraded from windows vista to windows 7
in vista, I had Kaspesky Internet Security 2011 working properly
Afetr installing windows 7, I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2013, (since i didn't have te initial CD of KIS 2011)
After few days, I realised that Kaspersky is disabled, and when i click enable in maintenance center, nothing happens
I tried to uninstall Kaspersky, but the installation could not end properly,
I even tried system restore, but the systemm detected an error, and afetr restoration, the problem remains
So, I still can't uninstall, or activate Kaspersky.

Please help!

Best regards

•Kaspersky Removal Tool – Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products
Or try This Kaspersky removal tool.
Several other versions are available, or we can use Revo free Uninstaller -

Contact Kaspersky (or their forum) if you still have a current license for the program -

Thanks noknojon,

I used the removal tool, but unsuccefully, the programm freezes and doesn't finish

I reinstalled Windows again, but no result
I also discovered a new problem in Office 2007,
when i try to open an office document, an installation process starts and i get an error message
i tried to repair the installation, but there is always an error message preventing the setup process to end.
I disabled kaspersky from startup programs (msconfig) but it's still runninng but disabled
i really odn't know what to do
:(
Best regards
