I have encountered a virus that affects one user on this computer. Two other users seem unaffected. The internet is available for the affected computer, but files and programs are not visible. System reports disk controller and drive errors. I need some help in removing the virus. By the way, this is a XP system. A recovery menu pops up and the Cutomer service is noted onpay, inc.
