Hi, Just got a WD 320GB HD replacing a 120GB WD. Is there a WD version of Maxtor's Big drive enabler? Do I need it?
I have a much older system. P4/3.06Ghz 2 HDs, Maxtor 320GB & WD 120GB(being rplcd by the 320GB WD) Asus P4PE Mobo.
Thx, Randy

There should be no problem, the P4PE supports 48-bit LBA for drives above 137GB from BIOS Version 1001, which I think in ASUS parlance is original issue.
