I purchased a Gateway Essential 667 PC in July of 2000. Sometime ago I purchased a Windows XP upgrade that I tried to but chose not to install when I saw all the hardware upgrades I would have to do, including the BA735 Digital USB speakers.
Recently, about three months ago, I went ahead and installed XP Home and found out there were some
drivers available and didn't have as much of a problem.
I even found some instructions to have the speakers work. To make a long story longer, some how the speakers stopped working, which I didn't think was going to be a problem....wrong.
Turns out "Boston Acoustics" seems to have stopped supporting the speakers and this is my problem.
I cant find anything to get these (imo) great speakers to work.
If someone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

This will be a driver issue and will have to be addressed by downloading an updated driver for your sound card.

Please supply your sound card type and I will assist you.

If you do not know then you can download Everest and it will tell you.
