We just purchased a used printer that appears to be in good condition. After installing the software, everything looks fine. However, the printer status is in "Idle." From what I understand, the status has to be "Ready" to print. We also have a HP Office Jet J5780 All In One Printer installed as well. I read that it may be something wrong with the Ports (in Printer Properties).

Thanks
