Win 32 services error msg.

I keep getting an error msg. pop-up, "generic host process for win32 has encountered a problem and needs to close"..

what is the problem and how do I correct it?

Also having a problem installing windows updates, Is this related to win32 issue.

Has Microsft stopped supporting the xp opperating sys?
I have an acer aspire5100, xp sys.. It is Vista premium ready, Should I upgrade to it, is there free software available.. THX.

Download MiniToolBox and select all options.
A notepad will open then copy-paste the report on your next reply.
