Hi. Using a Samsung R530 with Win 7 that has been runing fine. Installed Office 2010. Not long after it started to hang and freeze up. Couldn't run ITunes or YouTube due to Shockwave problem (I didn't see the error message). Then started getting a "dll not registered" error after laptop had been up and running for a few minutes. Fixed that using recommended actions from a forum like this. But still found it to be very slow shutting down, and generally not responding and hanging. We then tried to check for updates in Google Chrome, and got an error message ending 0000006. When we looked it up we were pointed to a Utility repair tool. Running this it found over 1000 errors and wanted a licence key, quickly blocked by our spamware we abandoned that. Whilst it seems to be running better than it was,i am running Malwarebyte. This has come up clean. We tried to download Windows Free Utility Repair tool but it wouldn't let us. Can you advise what else we need to check as it doesn't quite feel as if it's running as well as it was.
