Your Antivirus program should always be active and running in the background -
If you think you are having problems with the program, Uninstall it and then Re-Install and check all settings (it may just be minor) -

EXTRA - Have you Fully Uninstalled all other Antivirus programs now, or is there a chance of another program still running ??
