Microsoft Updates/ Secunia

Can someone look at my Seconia shot and tell me if I need all the Microsft Updates, Can I delete all but the current one. Thanks.

Hi -
Can you be a bit more specific as to which programs / updates you refer to. There is such a mixed bag shown here ??
Are you troubled by any updates in particular (hard to tell from screen shot), and which ones are those ??
Many updates automatically delete, or overwrite, the previous versions if they are not required to keep the program operating, but, any old Java versions should be deleted.

.NET Framework is usually retained (Windows7 starts at 3.5) and will have ".NET 4 - plus updates" added along the way

I would be more concerned about removing ALL installed IObit programs rather than a few minor M/soft updates that do not hurt anything -
