UPDATE:

I was able to run a Kaspersky Boot CD, and it found a Trojan virus (wish I had wrote down what it was called)

It fixed it, and then when I booted into safe mode, I was able to run ESET / TDSSKiller / aswMBR / DDS.

If anyone would be willing to take a look at my txt files, and what I should do now, let me know. Otherwise, I will just hope for the best and use the computer as is. Thanks!

Please post the logs in your reply and I'll help ensure that 1) the virus is gone and 2) that your system is properly secured to minimize the chance of it happening again.
