Hi - I got this nice new bit of malware today after allowing a pop-up in IE9(which i never do). The program has taken over and I only have control in SafeMode. Please help.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit
I use Google Chrome v22.0.1229.79 m and IE9
MS Outlook can no longer find my valid license but we can worry about that later.

Thanks for the reply. Things are still looking good here. I don't need further support unless you think that I am in danger.

Greetings annebradsmith,

I would like to offer to look at another report to see how your computer is really doing. Lurking malware does not always make itself obvious. You may very well have a clean computer but it only costs a little bit of time to double check.

If you would like, and it is completely up to you, please run the following program and post the results. If you prefer not to, please let me know so I can close the topic.

===================================================

OTL

--------------------

Please download OTL here.

  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the Posted Image icon on your desktop.
  • Click the "Scan All Users" checkbox.
  • Push the Posted Image button.
  • Copy and paste the two reports in your next reply.

  • OTL.txt <-- Will be opened
  • Extra.txt <-- Will be minimized

===================================================

Things I would like to see in your next reply. Please be sure to copy and paste the information rather than send an attachment. :thumbsup2:

  • OTL.txt
  • Extra.txt
