Hello deej200 and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I see no signs of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean.

There is 1 item with no file so that can be fixed.

Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {EA756889-2338-43DB-8F07-D1CA6FB9C90D} - (no file)
Now close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.

There are also 2 programs which are considered on the verge of being spyware. The Vaio support tool (ZTgServerSwitch) and the Viewpoint Toolbar/Manager software. Both of these programs report back information to their respective companies without the user's knowledge and can be removed through the Add/Remove applet from the Control Panel.

Other than that you are good to go.

Cheers.
