Hi Im Frank Am new here Very Nice forum.I have an issue with my Computer thats Bugging me.I have a Compaq Presario Desktop running Windows XP home edition,1 meg memory,160G.Its been running good.But just a day ago I could not load my personal account on my PC,I could load up my Houseguest and Guest accounts fine,but for some reason my personal account does not want to load up.It goes as far as the Compaq Screen then is stops there.This has me puzzled.Even on safe mode I cant load my personal account.Any advice would be nice.Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a damaged profile, IMO.

What SP is installed on your system?

What error message was reflected onscreen...when you tried to logon unsuccessfully?
