I am currently working on a Toshiba Satellite L455D-S5976 which will not connect to the network I have at work. My wired connection works but wireless does not it displays "Unidentified Network, no internet access" but the wireless network connection says connected.
I have:
reset tcp/ip stacks using netsh,
disabled ipv6 on all network interfaces,
uninstalled/reinstalled WLAN driver
ran combofix thinking it could be malware

this is the print out from ipconfig/all

At first glance it doesn't appear that you've made a proper connection to your router. I see no Default gateway listed. What kind of router/modem are you connecting to?

I see no default gateway and an incorrect IP address (169.254.x.x). This looks like a DHCP issue. First, try doing a DHCP release and then renew from the command prompt by typing:

ipconfig/release

and then:

ipconfig/renew

If that doesn't get you a valid IP address and default gateway, you can also try disabling and then re-enabling the network adapter in Network Connections, but this basically does the same thing as above, so it may not help.

It could be the local DHCP Client service. You can check that by going to Start > Run > services.msc and then restarting the DHCP Client service. Although, if the notebook is working on a wired connection, it does not appear to be an issue with your service.

My reccomendation is to reboot the access point / wireless router and then try connecting. If that doesn't help, DHCP may be disabled on the AP/Wifi Router or the lease pool size is tiny.

It is a work network, i have 15 other computers all on it working fine giving out ip addresses except this one.

ipconfig/release came up with this:

No operation can be performed on Wireless Network Connection 2 while it has its media disconnected.
No operation can be performed on Wireless Network Connection while it has its media disconnected.
No operation can be performed on Local Area Connection while it has its media disconnected.
An error occurred while releasing interface Loopback Pseudo-Interface 1 : The system cannot find the file specified.
