To help determine scope of the problem...have you tried installing/using a different browser?

Any onscreen error messages?

Google chrome and monzilla firefox stops working after 5 min but internet explorer works fine for some reason and no errors pop up.

In that case...I'd do two things.

a. Look at the add-ons for each of the three browser, wrtiting them down. If IE doesn't have one which is on the other two...draw your own conclusions.

b. Uninstall Chrome and Firefox...then reinstall each or one. It seems unlikely to me that two browsers can both become corrupt, but I guess stranger things happen.

Reinstall your LAN adapter for Vista 32 bit http://www.intel.com/support/network/sb/CS-006103.htm . Right-click the Intel adapter on your device manager and choose uninstall then go to your downloaded driver and install. What desktop model are you using and did it worked before?
