Does it display an error code or message? If so please post it here. Exactly what the message says.

Electricity going off while the computer is on can really cause serious problems in your computer. That's why a constant power supply - battery backup is so important!

It can corrupt just about every file in your computer including system files and the registry.

What happens when you turn the computer back on? What do the error messages say?
