something odd happens when I try to make payment with Epoli

Ive noticed when i try to download some programs or look to make a payment using Epoli .When I try to access accounts word 2007 opens up and then nothing happens

has anyone had this happen to them .

If anyone can help would be greatly appreciated

Have you contacted website support at that site?

That would seem to be the prudent course of action, IMO.

But tried that and support tell me that problem is happening in my computor.Its like when I try to update programs I get word 2007 launching for no reason ie I was trying to update Mcafee stinger when word 2007 launched and opened word document with McAfee page.

not sure what to do?
