I'm a computer technician. This laptop belongs to a referral partner of mine. Windows XP.

I have not been able to get ComboFix to run, it hangs at the Scanning... usually takes 10 minutes... prompt. I have uninstalled all antivirus, etc. I have tried in safe-mode. I have used MalwareBytes and cleaned several things (full scan). I have used Hitman Pro and found nothing. I have run CCleaner on registry. I have run Spybot and removed a trojan and several other items it found.

I tried running DDS and it hangs. I ran GMER and the log is attached.

the computer is completely patched/up to date.

Thanks.
