IE9 browser issues

For some reason, the background graphics on Amazon.com, for instance, are now missing or misaligned in IE9. They are there in Chrome and Firefox, and USED to be there using IE. The "add to cart" button is missing. You can mouse over where it should be and see the graphic description, but no graphic, and the "cart" graphic is missing, etc. I reset IE9 but the problem is still there.

Hey dabbott01,

Try cleaning out your Cache files for IE .. Click Tools > Delete Browsing Data and run that then close IE and reopen it and see if that will fix the issue. Or if you have a program like CCleaner you can run it .. just make sure you close your IE windows .. and make sure all options are checked for IE. :busy:

Thanks - will try Ccleaner this afternoon and report back. I had already cleared cache (amongst many other things), but that didn't help.

Welcome ... most times when I have page issues clearing the cache will resolve the issue .. hope CCleaner works Posted Image
