Where is this icon located?

To enable hibernation you should be going into the Control Panel and looking in Power Options. There are three tabs at the top of the page, from left to right they are Power Schemes, Advanced, Hibernate, and UPS. Click on the Hibernation key to open it, there you can enable hibernation.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
