I have a new Gateway NV55S14u computer and it runs great except it won't let me play music or download any software into my unit at all. It will start and then just shut down, can you please help me with this? I am 70 years old and really am not to sharp with this thing. Thank you.

Have you installed any new software at all? Games, antivirus, etc?
If I am helping you and I haven't replied to your thread in 3 days, please PM me or bump it

Can you post any error messages received? Exactly as they appear onscreen, please.
