For your own protection all email systems require that you log on to their services before you can access email folders. So far as I know there is no way to directly go to the inbox or other folders. If you want to store passwords etc perhaps some of the encryption freeware in the BC compendium of Recommended Freeware would do the job locally?

I cannot speak to every webmail, but Yahoo, Hotmail, and Cox force you to re-sign in every 24hrs as a security feature. This prevent someone accessing an account the is left open ad idle. I have 4 webmails I access daily. If you find a program that gets around this let me know i would love to have it.
