Hi

Just bought this brand new, followed the instructions for setting up and cannot get the amber and green lights to stop flashing alternately, tried all the usual stuff, done a diagnostic run everything ok including port setting for USB. Turned it off and on about ten times same with PC, tried different USB ports. The only technique i've not tried is turning it off and on and doing a hand stand!!

When I try and print getting error 6A81 and manual says turn it off at plug and restart it, which i've done numerous times already.

Thanks any help would be much appreciated

Andrew

I can only think of two things you don't say you've tried !

1 Go to the Canon web-site and get the latest drivers for your operating system.
2 Get in touch with your supplier and say it isn't working.

Having done what you've done, I would think it was time for Number 2 !
