After cleaning up my PC (see http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic468615.html )
I noticed that my Folder Settings were changed (files and filename extensions hidden and some others).
Also I noted an item in the options, that is not there by default (checked on other PCs), see picture:

Is this the result of ComboFix?

I googled and found this topic where a similar situation is described (ClassicViewState appeared after using ComboFix).

What other leftovers of CF might be there on the PC?
Should just forget it and reinstall Windows?

PS: it is Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit, up to date
