I've run every virus cleaning program available: malwarebytes, combofix, tdskiller, and a few more. The virus has disabled the NIC. Meaning when I go to change adapter settings, properties, and highlight tcp/ip 4, th properties and uninstall box are both greyed out. When I went into device manager, there are about 8 WAN miniport nics installed. I can't uninstall them, but I did disable them. But it still looks like they are active. I also see in view hidden devices, there are several drivers missing: HTTP, QoS Packet Scheduler, TCP/IP protocol driver, WFP lightweight filer, and windows firewall authorization driver. PC is running windows 7 pro 64 bit. Should I give up and reload or can this be fixed?

Hello having run ComboFix we need to see that and a DDS log.

Please go here....
Preparation Guide ,do steps 6 - 9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
Skip the GMER step and instead post the ComboFix log you posted earlier.

Let me know if that went well.
